What to Expect

Have a favorite book that doesn’t come in a special edition? Have a favorite book, but don’t love the special edition’s edges? Now is your chance to create the edges that your favorite deserves. 

❋ Decide on the design

Pick the book you want to use for your design, and in a 30-minute one-on-one session with Miriam, our sprayed-edge artist, create the design for your edges, including the color scheme and motif.

❋ Collaborative Energy

We’ll be here for you every step of the way to guide you through the creative process and make sure you have a one-of-a-kind work of art at the end of the workshop.

❋ Expert Facilitation

If you’ll need a stencil, you’ll design it with the artist, and once it is ready, you’ll be guided through the next steps, including how to wrap your book to protect it during the painting process, and then you’ll begin painting.

❋ All Supplies and Storage

We’ll provide all the supplies for your design and safely store the book for you through the drying process to ensure it’s perfect.
